The process of selection.

Dear Employers! We provide candidates who can both carry out their duties competently and will not embarrass you in front of your employees or partners.

The questions of confidentiality are discussed in advance. We consider only those girls who are as much interested in maintaining it as you are. The selection of candidates is done at the qualification level of leading headhunter agencies.

All our candidates have a good command of English, possess the necessary education, work experience, and also we consider only those girls who psychologically do not have a prejudice against a relationship with their boss.

Our recruiting agency practices two possible variants of the personnel selection process:

Variant 1.

USA

1. We send you current CVs and photos of our candidates in advance, then we make the presentation of your vacancy and of you as an employer to the selected candidates.

2. After a positive answer from our candidates, we help organize your trip to Moscow and schedule meetings with them in person.

Moscow is one of the most beautiful and modern cities of Europe, and we’ll make your stay here both useful and comfortable.

Our consultant will meet you at the airport and take you to the hotel, will be your personal assistant and translator.

3. We can schedule one or two meetings every day, till the moment when you decide on one of the candidates and she gives her preliminary consent.

Optionally, in addition to a standard interview, we’ll also be able to organize meetings with the candidate you like in a restaurant or club, for you to understand how psychologically comfortable you feel with each other.

4. We will rid you of embarrassing moments, take care of the callback, make the job offer, and in case of mutual attraction, assist in making arrangements for relocation.

Variant 2.

Moscow

A variant of remote selection is possible, our candidates are ready to fly to the interview, but it will be more expensive as the candidate’s airline ticket and temporary accommodation is paid for by the employer. Preliminarily, we can schedule remote interviews via Skype.

Also, this variant is possible only in case of prepayment of 50% for our recruiting agency’s services.
