The candidates’ salaries vary depending on the country and city of relocation, and typically amount to a double monthly income of a common specialist. That is, if a common secretary earns $3000 per month in your city, a secretary from our agency will expect $6000 per month.
Our agency’s fee.
Our agency’s fee is equal to 20 % of the candidate’s yearly income.
Our fee is paid upon the candidate’s departure for the new place of employment, that is, after the meetings of candidates with the employer take place, there is positive callback from both sides, the candidate receives the job offer, her visa is approved, and the arrangements for her flight are made.
This amount also includes free warranty replacement within SIX MONTHS in case of dismissal irrespective of the reason. In case of dismissal, the employer also has to pay for the candidate’s return fare.
Upon the commencement of work, after your arrival in Moscow, you make a prepayment in the amount of $3000, which includes the services of a personal consultant & translator who will meet you at the airport, take you to the hotel, and be your personal assistant, guide, and organizer of the interviews and meetings.
For the first stage of selection, getting familiar with our database, a deposit is required in the amount of $1000. We can send you CVs and photos of candidates without making a deposit, provided that the request has been sent from the corporate e-mail address of a medium-sized or big company’s chief executive, which confirms the relevance of his need for a secretary or personal assistant.
